To be the best, strongest version of yourself in both aspects, you don't want nagging injuries to continue impeding your potential.
It's mentally exhausting, and physically limiting.
As a powerlifter who as been injured - I get it, and I know what you're going through. That is why I use my experiences and knowledge to help you get back on that platform with full confidence.
